A useful, but a tad obvious guide to keeping warm.

Hi everyone! It is super cold here (you got to love the Northwest) and I'm shivering while typing this. Brrrrrr! I have been a fan of winter ever since I was little. But now that I'm older and out of the house more, I need some sunshine! I want to go outside without a jacket or sit outside with some good company. Now I'm running inside for the heater and throwing every blanket I have onto my bed! Haha. Anyway, here are some tips on keeping warm, I use every single one of them!
1. Start your car before you leave. Some people tell you not to do this, it's a tad dangerous to leave your keys in your car! I don't recommend this if you live in a bad neighborhood haha. Anyway, if you keep an eye on your car, you will be so happy when you drive off to your destination. I mean, who doesn't love a toasty car in the freezy cold?
2. Drink some hot coffee or chocolate! Or any warm drink for that matter. This time of year I am craving hot chocolate practically every day! It's delicious, keeps you warm, and fills you up pretty fast.
3. Exercise! We all should be doing this anyway, but this is especially important in the winter. Exercising will keep your blood pumping, and warm you right up.
4. Get a ridiculous cute fuzzy hat. I love hats so much in the winter. I'm getting a wolf one soon, and can not wait. Hats are useful in the winter, I was surprised how warm they kept me. Why get ear muffs when you can get an adorable hat?
5. BOOTS! This is probably one of the most best ways to keep warm. Not only are they warm and comfy, they block water from touching your feet. Which can make any afternoon a nightmare.
6. Last but not least, cuddle! I love cuddling. It keeps me warm and it's just nice to have someone there. If you don't have a significant other, cuddle with an animal or stuff animal. I do all three :)
So keep warm this winter my dear friends! We have spring and summer to look forward to, but we have to make it through the freezing cold first! :)
