Beans, beans, and more beans

Hello there!

As you may know already from my recent post, I'm trying to switch to vegetarianism! Which means more adventures in trying to find something nutritious to eat. I have come across a gold mine for protein. Beans! I decided to experiment with beans and make a healthy, yet delicious snack! Here is a picture of my tasty  vegetarian snack:


Ingredients
-Baby Spinach
-Baked Beans
-Saltine Crackers!

It's such a simple snack to make. All you do is heat the beans up in a pan (or if you are feeling especially lazy like me, use the microwave) and put them on a cracker! I added spinach because it's a wonderful source of iron and it helps the baked beans not stick to the roof of your mouth! If your not a fan of spinach, add a small piece of lettuce instead.
I enjoyed making this snack, time to get my apron on and create more tasty treats!
