Why I Love Halloween

In almost two weeks Halloween will be here! I am so excited, I am determined to actually do something this year. Usually I have to work and never get to do anything special. This year I begged and pleaded with my manager to let me have Halloween off this year. I guess Halloween isn't that big of a Holiday to other people. But it is to me, and I am extremely excited to enjoy it to it's full extent. I thought it would be fun to list the reasons I love Halloween. I could probably go on for hours, but here are the main reasons why I love Halloween

1. Dressing Up
If I could dress up in a costume everyday, I would. I guess I could do that, but people would think I was crazy. Halloween gives you the excuse to be anyone you want, while everyone else is doing the same thing. I love choosing my costume, and making it amazing. This year I'm going as Snow White. I am so excited!

2. CANDY
I try to stay away from candy, because too much doesn't make my stomach feel very good. But when I have it I have candy. I splurge on Halloween night.

3. Creepy
No other holiday is creepy and dark like Halloween. I always get this fun feeling of spookiness. It's impossible to explain the feeling I get. But man do I love creepy things!

4. Halloween Movies
Some of my favorite classic movies are Halloween inspired. Scary movies are amazing, and I'm so happy to be having a month long horror movie marathon right now. Last night we watched Scream and it was so awesome! I haven't seen that movie in years. Halloween gives me the excuse to indulge in horror movie classics.

5. Pumpkins!
I love pumpkin flavored everything. Coffee, tea, candles, and even hand sanitizers! My Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin hand sanitizer from Bath & Body Works is amazing. Not only are pumpkins good for flavor but they are also fun to carve! I actually have this little one next to me waiting to be gutted.
