Eating Healthy...Attempt #1

Monday, August 20, 2012

Hey Everyone! So lately I have been on the verge of healthy eating and exercise. Actually, I have always attempted to be healthy. But then your friends go to Jack in the Box, order some curly fries, and can't finish them all. And all your hard work is wasted away by some salty fried goodness. Every so often splurge is perfectly okay. But sometimes those curly fries only lead to a bad lifestyle.
So now, I am exploring healthy living even more. With gluten free and organic foods! It is a new beginning and I am happy to share my experience.

So my first attempt at trying something new that is healthy is Gluten and Corn Free Chips with Bean Dip! The chips are made from bean and rice, and have a little Mexican spice to them. I really like the contrast flavor of the spicy chips and bean dip. The Bean Dip is from Emerald Valley and is a 3 bean dip. What I really like about this dip is that there are not a lot of ingredients. This means they don't put in all the bad stuff they do in regular dips. Which is absolutely wonderful!

So I give a thumbs up to this neat little snack. Not only does it actually taste good, it is very healthy for you. I hope I can find more good treats from here on out!
